Masud Clothing’s owner robbed at gun point in Lothair

According to Const Dladla, the two men took R10 000 cash and nine cell phones, including Mr Bakar’s personal cellphone.

Lothair Police are investigating a case armed robbery after two men held the owner of Masud Clothing in Lothair at gunpoint.

“Mr Mohhamed Abu Bakar was at his business when two men held him at gunpoint and demanded money and cell phones,” the spokesperson for Lothair Police, Const Dladla, said.

According to Const Dladla, the two men took R10 000 and nine cell phones, including Mr Bakar’s personal cell phone.

The value of the cell phones is estimated at about R6 000.

The two unknown suspects fled the scene on foot.
