Fernie Police are investigating a case of business robbery after the Maproja Filling Station in Fernie 2 was robbed on Sunday, 17 March.
According to Fernie Police spokesman, Const Nondumiso Xaba, the station was robbed at around 5pm.
“A camera screen was stolen, two electronic safes forced open, and cash to the amount of R1 390 was taken,” Const Xaba said.
This is the third business robbery in a month in Fernie, and police urge anyone with information to come forward and contact the investigating officer, Det/Const Mthokozisi Motha, at 079 499 9551.
