Nomcebo Mokoena murder case postponed again at the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court

Mr Mashele is charged with the murder of Ms Nomcebo Mokoena, who was stabbed at her flat in Wesselton on 16 December last year.

The murder case against Mr Sandile Mashele was postponed once again at the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 15 March.

It is alleged the suspect was her ex-boyfriend at the time.

The community has come out in support of the Mokoena family, demanding the suspect be held in a correctional facility and not be remanded on bail.

The suspect remains in custody and his next appearance in court will be on 5 April.
