Davel Shining Stars receive help from DCSR

The Department of Culture, Sports and Recreation (DCSR) in conjunction with the Msukaligwa Sports Council, handed over netball uniforms to Davel Shining Stars team last Friday.

According to Mr Sibusiso Mnisi from the DCSR, the hand over is part of the departments programme of developing sport teams in the region.

“We assist any team that is in need for the betterment of sports in the Gert Sibande region,” he said.

Davel Shining stars are part of the Gert Sibande Regional Netball League.

“Club development is crucial and as a sports council, we seek to reach all clubs and teams across the Msukaligwa Municipal area to strengthen the level of sport ,” said Msukaligwa Sports Council chairman, Mr Blessing Sibande.
