The Department of Social Development in the Msukaligwa office is requesting information regarding Mpendulo Nkosinathi Magagula, born on 3 February 2010 to mother Emma Philisiwe Magagula, who passed away on 3 April 2010.
The whereabouts of the father is unknown.
