Police are investigating the murder of a 23-year-old male. According to a witness, the deceased was returning from a tavern when he was attacked by a group of men using a sharp object. The incident took place at 07:00 on 1 July at New Ermelo.
The body of a man was found lying face down in drain water at 07:00 in Thambo Village on Monday morning. The man was certified dead on the scene and his body was removed by a pathologist. Police are investigating a case of murder.
A business robbery took place in Ext 6 on 30 June at 19:30. According to the shop owner, two unknown men entered his shop and threatened him at knife point.
