Vehicles overturn between Ermelo and Morgenzon
Some of the patients were treated on the scene while others were transported to hospital for further treatment.
One person was seriously injured and six others suffered light to moderate injuries when the driver lost control of the double-cab bakkie they were travelling in and it left the road and overturned, causing a mini bus that was being towed on a semi-trailer to overturn as well.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that some of the injured parties were hitchikers travelling in or on the bakkie.
The accident happened on Thursday at about 17:00 on the road between Ermelo and Morgenzon
