Warning to Caro vehicle owners

Carolina Police are warning motorists and vehicle owners to be cautious and vigilant when driving on Pearce, Coetzee, Middel, Steyn and Vootrekker streets in Carolina.

The police are investigating a syndicate operating in these streets. They are targeting old model vehicles like the Toyota, Mazda, Ford and Isuzu.

Communities are encouraged to make sure their vehicle’s doors are locked properly and not to leave valuables in their cars that would attract attention.

The police also encourage the community to keep their gates and garage doors locked.
