Two people were injured when the driver lost control of his vehicle and it left the road and overturned on Thursday afternoon.
The injured parties were transported to hospital by Mpumalanga Emergency Services and Er24.
The accident occurred in adverse weather conditions on the road between Ermelo and Lothair.
