Families receive food aid

The beneficiaries of the food parcels were left without words

32 families in Msukaligwa Local Municipality received much needed food aid from the Department of Social Development and South African Social Services Agency in Ermelo.

The food parcels were the first batch of three that will be delivered to the identified needy senior citizens  and most child-headed homes to bring relief during the festive season.

The beneficiaries of the food parcels were left for words to express their gratitude to the departments and the local municipality.

Nurse Mkhatshwa is one of the beneficiaries that said they are thankful to the ruling government that always tries to look after its people by introducing a number of projects and initiatives aimed at eliminating poverty.
