Church members contribute towards Mandela Day

Usable items of clothing were donated to the needy.

Organisers of the ELCSA Ermelo parish Mandela Day campaign are Front: Ms. Sbongile Mashewula, Ms. Muntu Motha and Ms. Seema. Back: Ms. Msweli, Ms Nozipho Mbatha, Mr. Sydney Khumalo, Ms. Mashinini and Ms Thandi Masilela.

Congregation members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Southern Africa, Ermelo parish, contributed to the Mandela Day 67 minutes campaign on Saturday by donating new and usable items of clothing to people in need.

The day was filled with fun and games in spite of the cold rainy weather and a jumping castle was provided for the kids. The children were also treated to warm soup and a braai.
