The Highvelder and the Top 20 Group have come together and launched a Winter Warmer and School Shoes Campaign to help needy learners with school shoes, uniforms, scarves and jerseys.
With the winter season’s icy grip, a number of learners will miss days of school as a result of the cold. Many of these learners do not have a decent pair of shoes because their parents simply cannot afford it.
During this time of the year, teachers of ten wonder if some of these bare-foot learners will reach their academic goals, as they miss valuable days of learning due to flu and any other cold-related illnesses.
It is for these reasons that the Highvelder and Top 20 have launched the winter warmer and school shoes campaign to
assist learners within Msukaligwa Municipality.
Members of the community and businesses that wish to lend a helping hand are welcome to donate whatever they can afford.
