According to a resident who lives nearby, fresh water has been flowing from this hole in Dr Malan Street for at least eight weeks. The resident said she had reported the matter to the Msukaligwa Municipality on several occasions but no action has been taken.The entrance to a residence in Dr Malan Street is a soggy mess after a burst water pipe was not properly repaired. The pipe continues to leak fresh water.
