Ladies Circle plans for year ahead

Newly elected president Chené Potgieter said this year’s community projects would be approached hands on.

Ermelo Ladies Circle 15 (ELC) held their monthly meeting last Thursday evening.
Newly elected president Chené Potgieter said this year’s community projects would be approached hands on.
The next project they will be focussing on is the blood drive on Mandela Day, 18 July. Ladies Circle will join forces with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) to get donors to give 67 minutes to save a life.
Kele Kotsedi, public relations practitioner SANBS, also attended the meeting and Ladies Circle pledged to turn their 67 minutes into 67 units of blood.
Projects the community can look forward to are, among other, the ever-popular wine and wisdom evening at the end of July and businesses can start planning their rafts for the race in October.
For more information, contact Chené Potgieter on 076 787 0954 (after 16:00 only) or Uzanne Breytenbach (vice-president) on 072 765 5689.
