Robert Laing sets new men’s record during 30th Kralinbergh parkrun.

A total of 75 athletes took part in the 30th weekly parkrun at the Kralinbergh Guest House on 1 June.

Of these athletes, 13 were first timers and 17 runners recorded new personal best times.

The woman’s record is still held by Andrea Steyn, who recorded a time of 21:23 during the 25th event.

Robert Laing set a new men’s record of 19:44 at the 30th parkrun.

Volunteers who made the event possible was Angelique Broxham, Alida De Jager, Estelle Fourie, Letsie Holl, Louise Jacobs, Rethia Naudé, Ansune Neethling, Magdaleen Neethling, Erika Nel, Mandri Olivier, Barry Smit, Annise Smit, Adele Smit and Engela Van Zyl.
