[Gallery]: VOC United team aim to win the league

This past weekend was once again an exciting weekend for all soccer fans in Ermelo with the SAB Soccer League that took place at the AJ Swanepoel Stadium.

The VOC United team won their match against City Gunner FC with 2-0.

Mandla Mavuso missed a goal in the first five minute of the match, but made sure to make up for it by scoring the team’s first goal in the next 20 minutes. Mandla Nazo scored the team’s second goal in the second half of the match.

Ermelo United was victorious with 4 – 3 over the Flying Stars, while in Carolina the Mafia team beat the Shooters with 4 – 3.
