Ermelo Police were notified of the death of a 47-year-old woman in the early hours of last Friday.
According to police, the woman died of multiple stab wounds.
Witnesses alleged she was stabbed by her boyfriend after she wanted to end the relationship.

He fled after the incident and his body was later found on the Bethal Road after being hit by a truck.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide regarding the accident.
