Accident between Ermelo and Amersfoort claims toddler’s life

A toddler died and 17 other passengers in a minibus taxi were seriously injured when the vehicle overturned while travelling from Ermelo to Amersfoort last Friday afternoon.

A burst tyre is the possible cause of the accident.

The passengers all sustained serious injuries and three were in a critical condition, one patient having to be transferred to Johannesburg by air.
