Transnet pensioners now go to court

Two years ago the Transnet Pensioner Action Group (TPAG) requested Transnet pensioners to submit their details for registration regarding the proposed class-action against Transnet.

TPAG has been informed by the pensioners’ legal team that they have now submitted their “Heads of Argument” documentation to the North Gauteng High Court Pretoria.

The hearing of the arguments has been scheduled for 4 and 5 April in the North Gauteng High Court.

The hearing will be in open court and the legal team have asked for as many pensioners as possible to attend and support this hearing.
