Passenger caught with dagga on N17
A 42-year-old female passenger was found in possession of two sport bags containing six large bundles of dagga.
On Thursday last week Capt M. Thipe, Csts B. Mavuso, P. Nhlanhla and B. Thwala of the Davel Police were carrying out stop-and-search operations on the N17 between Davel and Bethal when they stopped a white Toyota Quantum and searched passengers.
A 42-year-old female passenger was found in possession of two sport bags containing six large bundles of dagga.
She was arrested and charged with dealing in dagga and appeared in the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
