Man raped by females
He was given a cool drink containing an unknown substance which rendered him defenseless.
Ermelo police have requested the public’s’ assistance in locating the two females depicted in these Identikit photos.
Both are believed to be between 30-40 years of age and it is believed they may be able to assist the police with information regarding a case of abduction and rape.
At about 13:00 on 24 September this year a 52 year-old male was hitch hiking on the N2 near the Akasia Store outside Ermelo when two unknown females in a red coloured sedan (make and model unknown) offered him a lift.
He was given a cool drink containing an unknown substance which rendered him defenseless.
They then drove out to a secluded spot on the road between Ermelo and Amsterdam where they allegedly committed sexual acts with the victim at gunpoint. Police later found evidence of sexual activity on the scene.
Anyone who knows of the whereabouts of the two females is asked to contact the investigating officer, Sgt Ngubeni at 079 169 1491 or 072 638 1652.
