Man succumbs after stabbing
The victim was treated but succumbed to his injuries later the same day.
An unidentified man died in the Ermelo Provincial Hospital on Sunday after he was found in an open field near the cemetery in Oosthuize Street with two stab wounds to the chest.
Ambulance personnel of the Mpumalanga Emergency Services were called to the scene at about 06:00 to attend to the critically injured victim before transporting him to hospital.
The victim was treated but succumbed to his injuries later the same day.
