Highvelder’s initiative brings warmth and hope to Lighthouse

Several items have been donated by the community and were handed over to the Lighthouse to bring warmth and comfort to those in need.

ERMELO – In a display of community spirit, Highvelder’s call for donations to support the staff at Ermelo Lighthouse in their efforts to care for the less fortunate has been met with an overwhelming response.

Several items have been donated by the community and were handed over to the Lighthouse to bring warmth and comfort to those in need.

Following the launch of the initiative, the donations poured in.

The collective contributions from individuals and businesses were received with great appreciation.

“Highvelder commends and thanks every individual and business that contributed to this heartwarming initiative. It is through collective efforts that the community can create a positive impact and bring hope to the most vulnerable members of society,” Wayne van der Walt, the Highvelder editor, said on behalf of the whole team.
