Eskom develops supervisors to enhance leadership abilities

Eskom’s Camden Power Station Manager, Mr Christo Spammer, congratulated employees who recently graduated from the 2014 Supervisor Development Programme (SDP).
According to Mr Spammer, the programme equips supervisors to support and effectively lead their teams and to support the power station to become one of the top five institutions generating electricity.
The power station ranked among the best in the Eskom fleet during the previous financial year. Their success was attributed to the leadership provided by the supervisors in their respective teams.
Mr Spammer saluted all the graduates and thanked them for taking the station to new heights.
