Happy Halloween

Halloween is celebrated in many countries on 31 October. The word Halloween means “holy evening”. It is a contraction of Hallows’ Evening, All Hallows’ Eve or All Saints’ Eve and is the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows’ Day. It is dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs and all the Christian faithful.
