The rugby league season has officially started.
On October 4, the Nigel Rabbitohs Rugby League Club hosted two teams at the John Vorster Stadium in Nigel.
The Blue team played against St Helen’s Vultures and ran out comfortable winners with a score of 55-12.
The Red team played against Pretoria Rugby League Club. The match was too close for comfort, but the Red team prevailed 34-32.
The Rabbitohs’ next match is an away game in Wonderboom, where both the Red and Blue teams will be in action again.
