Wheelie bins are available for replacements
New 240L Wheelie Bins can be collected by your nearest waste management depots.
The City of Ekurhuleni calls on all customers who may have their 240L waste wheelie bins stolen or damaged to come to their nearest waste management depots to collect new ones.
Customers with damaged 240L wheelie bins must bring along the damaged bin, a copy of identity document and their statement of municipal account.
Meanwhile, customers whose bins have been stolen, need to bring along a copy of identity document, statement of municipal account and an affidavit from SAPS.
The city encourages all customers to ensure that they have and utilize their 240L wheelie bins to avoid illegal dumping which may lead to rodent infestation.
