Waja now heads the Life Suikerbosrand
His vision for the Life Suikerbosrand Hospital is to provide world-class healthcare to the communities, based on the pillars of quality, efficiency, growth and sustainability.
Ashraf Waja (55) has been appointed as the new hospital manager at Life Suikerbosrand Hospital since June 1.
Waja is married to Zaheera, and they have four children and one grandchild. The family grew up and resides in Lenasia but will consider relocating to Heidelberg.
“Heidelberg is a beautiful historic town, very caring and community-orientated,” said Waja.
For the past 27 years, Waja worked at various Life Healthcare hospitals and head office.
Waja completed his BCom degree through UNISA, and MBA through Mancosa and is studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) through GIBS.
His vision for the Life Suikerbosrand Hospital is to provide world-class healthcare to the communities, based on the pillars of quality, efficiency, growth and sustainability.
“I am looking forward to serving the community,” Waja said.
