A house in Bergsig, Heidelberg went up in flames on August 14.
At about 20:00 a frantic call was received by the Lesedi Fire and Rescue Department about the blaze.
The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms of the home were destroyed.
Lesedi Fire and Rescue succeeded in extinguishing the fire.
The local CPF, AfriForum Neighbourhood Watch and Heidelberg SAPS were also on the scene.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
