Rabbitohs Rugby League Club’s new season will soon start.
In the 2022/23 season, the club from Nigel did well in its first year of active participation and finished runners-up in the league.
With the new season starting soon, the club is looking for individuals and businesses to be their new sponsors.
Rabbitohs has various players who are part of the Nigel Rugby Club, which is preparing to play in the Valke Merlin League semi-finals and a possible home final.
After that, there is a possibility some of the players will be drafted into the Valke Platteland team as well.
The Rabbitohs will start their training in the middle of next month and will initially train on Wednesdays.
After the rugby union season is complete, Rabbitohs will train every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00 at the John Vorster Stadium.
Their head coach is Gideon Fick.
