Clash of the Voices Winter competition to be held in June
The new date for the Heidelberg Radio choir competition is June 24.
The Clash of the Voices Winter competition, to be hosted by the Heidelberg Radio Station, is set to be held on June 24.
The competition, which would have taken place on April 29, was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
At least 10 choirs will be competing for an opportunity to record a radio-quality song which will also be played at the Heidelberg Radio Station for two months.
The competition will be held at the Ratanda Hall on the day at 12:00 and entry costs for choirs will be R150 as a once-off registration fee.
Competing choirs and non-contestants can look forward to guest performances by Pulane Maphari, Lebohang Rakosa and Andisiwe Nxiba.
Guest judges will include Tctee of Tctee Music and Phumie Zungu with the master of ceremonies, Nkosinathi Mhlanga.
