Business League gets the bowls rolling
Who will be the winner of this year’s Business League?
Heidelberg Business League Bowls started their Autumn Bowls tournament on March 9.
This year, 14 teams will participate in the round-robin format.
The matches are played on Thursdays at the Heidelberg Bowls Club from 18:00.
There will be a break of two weeks because of the Easter Weekend and the final is on April 13.
The teams participating are Property Professionals, Cubic Systems, Phoenix Fasteners, Bryte Insurance, LCS Logistics, LCS Admin, LCS Management, Auto-Ren Toyota, Suikerbos Makelaars, Crime Stop, Heidelberg Auto City, JR Lubricants, PH Energy Systems and MMG Ford.
The tournament is normally played twice a year.
First in March and the second leg in October.
Last year’s October winner was Sanmac Trust, with Cubic Systems in second place and Bryte Insurance in third. The March winners for last year were LCS Logistics, LCS Admin came in second and LCS Management third.
