Enshin Karate Club gearing towards nationals

Enshin Karate Club students evaluated.

Enshin Karate Club in Alra Park had a surprise visit from national instructors on October 10.

The visit was to evaluate the standard of the students on their progress for the forthcoming South African Karate Championships, which will take place on October 28 in Sebokeng.

Senseis Simon Ndungwana and Thato Makeke were impressed by the performance of the students.

The instructors expressed their gratitude to shihan German Visser for his hard work and dedication.

Ndungwana is Enshin Karate South Africa’s (EKSA) technical advisor and deals with stances, kicks, punches and fighting techniques.

Makeke is EKSA’S development officer dealing with the overall development of the students.

Visser thanked the instructors for taking the time to visit the club despite their busy schedules.

He appealed to the community.

“We would like to appeal to the public and business owners to be so kind and donate towards the club. Any form of donations will be highly appreciated.”
