Health roadshow at Life Suikerbosrand

Diabetes and hypertension in the spotlight at roadshow.

Suikerbosrand Hospital held a roadshow where two of the hospital’s physicians spoke about diseases such as diabetes and hypertension to SAPS members.

The diseases are becoming part of the daily lives of many people.

The roadshow was led by Janene de Beer, head of marketing at the hospital, along with Dr Johanna Molekwa and Dr Muhammad Siddiqui.

General physician Dr Johanna Molekwa shared important information about health matters with SAPS members.

The aim was to educate the officials and help them cope with daily stresses.

After the presentation, there was a question and answer session where SAPS officials asked numerous questions.

“We felt this is important as it enhances the relationship between the hospital and the SAPS and also promotes the hospital as a potential service provider,” said de Beer.
