The City of Ekurhuleni is in the process of switching to a new telephone system that will affect the telephone services between 16:00 on April 29 to 16:00 on April 30.
The transition may impact communication between the City and its customers.
Customers are encouraged to use the following platforms to register service interruptions should the need arise:

• Email: call.centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za or
• Via My CoE App
Measures have been put in place to ensure the call centre remains operational.
The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused during this transition.
