Computer classes vital for skills development

Each course teaches students vital skills needed for future work environments.

The Almac Development Centre’s computer class, which began its first course of the year in January, provides a vital set of computer skills to its students.

“Education is key as I always say,” said Jezel Esbend, the computer class facilitator.

“I am proud to say that our youth is interested in doing this course, instead of sitting at home and doing nothing at all.

“It’s important that we need to keep our youth motivated and inspired.

“During the computer course, students will cover and master Microsoft Office, which consists of information communication technology, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and emails.

“The duration of the computer course is three months.”
