Photo club winners announced in November

Heigel Photo Club is a club for budding photographers in Heidelberg and Nigel areas. The photo club has existed for over 20 years.

You start your photographic journey as a junior. As time goes by and your photography improves, you rise in the ranks to senior and above.

Every month the club members meet and they enter photos to be judged by an esteemed panel.

Various points and technicalities are taken into consideration when a photo is judged.

November was no exception as they submitted several photos for consideration.

They deemed the following the best photos for November 2021.
• The best junior winner: Die poppe gaan dans by photographer Heinrich van der Merwe.
• The best set subject: Late afternoon by photographer Annatjie Smith.
• The overall winning photo: Pragtige Irisse by photographer Carin du Preez.

Everyone is welcome to join and to get involved. This is the best way to grow your photography vision and to understand all the ins and outs of photography.
