Residents in Ward 88 made their mark in the municipal elections today.

John Thoma voted early in the morning.

The municipal elections took place today and Nigel residents cast their votes with the hope that their votes would make a difference.

Elsa Greyling (left) with Danie Greyling and Michelle Greyling were ready to make their mark for the elections.

Palesa Brown (left) with Zanele Khanyile and Thulani Mkwanazi were some of the law enforcers present to help ensure a safe and organised voting day.

Bongani Nhleko made his mark.

Koos and Michelle Botha were happy to have made their mark.

Kay-Leigh Kruger (left) and her mother Alta Kruger joined other early voters to make their mark.

Ward 88 residents were ready to cast their votes on November 1.
