The office of the Heidelberg / Nigel Heraut, situated at 9 Ueckermann Street in Heidelberg, has been the home of our local paper for many years.
Modern technology has changed the way people work and the HERAUT is proudly moving with these times.
The HERAUT’s physical office will close from October 30 for the time being, with certainty that the 20 000 copies of the newspaper will be distributed every week to keep our readers informed about local news. Nothing here has changed.
The new normal, to work remotely or from a home office, will allow our journalists and sales representatives to serve the communities in which they live. Our team will still be present and available in Heidelberg and Nigel.
The journalists and the sales representatives pledge to still walk that proverbial extra mile for our clients and readers as we have done throughout the years.
As journalists, we still give everyone out there a small piece of ourselves and a huge piece of the community through informative news from the community to the community.
The HERAUT still weekly shares news about death, heartache, crime, and municipal matters as well as human interest stories.
