Police are looking for two young men in connection with a murder and attempted murder case.
The incident relating to the search occurred on Gxoba Street, Extension 23, Ratanda, on May 22 at 6.30pm.
The 26-year-old deceased and a 32-year-old survivor were standing at the gate of the survivor when two unknown men walked in their direction.
One of the unknown men produced a firearm and fired several shots at them.
The deceased sustained gunshot wounds to the face and chest.
The survivor ran into the house with no injuries.
Police found four empty cartridges on the scene.
The motive of the attack is unknown.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting incident.
