With South Africa under lockdown and chaos reigning at the grocery shops, Pick n Pay Heidelberg has the perfect solution to make your shopping easier and safer. Online shopping (pick and collect), deliveries at your home and a drive through service are now shopping options at Pick n Pay Heidelberg (deliveries in Heidelberg, Nigel and Springs).
1. Online shopping
Customers can visit www.pnp.co.za to register and place their order on the ‘pick and collect’ option.
You will be handed a timeslot online and the store will notify you when the order is ready to be collected. Payments will be done online when finalising your order.
It is important to make sure that the region is set to Pick n Pay Heidelberg.
2. Deliveries
Customers must visit www.pnp.co.za where they will register and place the order under ‘pick and collect’ and choose a timeslot. After doing so, customers must email the list to the store directly at pnponlineheidelberg@gmail.com whereafter they will confirm the delivery. The actual shopping order will be paid online. A card facility will be available upon arrival for the delivery cost. Cash will also be accepted for the cost of delivery. Delivery costs in Heidelberg will be R75. Any areas outside of Heidelberg (Nigel, Springs) will be charged at R95 per delivery.
3. Drive through
Customers can email a detailed list of products needed to pnponlineheidelberg@gmail.com whereafter the store will inform you when the order is ready. Customers will then drive to the back of Pick n Pay (in the corner of Spur’s parking lot) to collect their shopping. Only card facilities will be available at the drive through, no cash or EFT will be accepted.
Pick n Pay Heidelberg will be trading from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00 and from 08:00 to 15:00 on Sundays and public holidays during the lockdown. The above mentioned services will be available during these operating times. Pick n Pay Heidelberg will be closed on Good Friday.
Pensioners (older than 65) may shop on Wednesdays from 07:00 to 08:00.
