Heidelberg resident wins brand new car
Duduzile Mashinini from Heidelberg's very first car she ever owned, is the Suzuki that she won in the 2019 Suzuki Northcliff and SPAR Women's Challenge.
She won the spacious family vehicle on November 6 and said her winning the car was not just lady luck, but a massive blessing too.
Mashinini however, nearly missed out on the big prize as she had no hope of winning the competition and already left when the winners were announced.
“I ran back onto the field and I was very excited at the time. I got there just in time to claim the prize,” she said.
Peter Ramasilo of Suzuki Northcliff said he was elated to see Mashinini and her family drive off in one of their vehicles.
“For us it was an amazing moment to see Mashinini and her family come to collect the car,” he said.
