Nigel Gymnastics Club

The following gymnasts from Nigel Gymnastics Club qualified for their Eastern Gauteng colours on August 18 in Kempton Park.

Their individual achievements are as follows:

• Ilene Jones (Level 4 Age 10 years – first place on the uneven bars, second place on the beam, third place on the floor and overall second place)
• Amone Billing (Level 4 Age 10 years – third place on the vault, third place on the beam and eighth overall)
• Mignon Korb (Level 5 Age 10 years – first place on the vault, second place on the uneven bars, third place on the beam and first overall)
• Elske Stander (Level 5 Age 12 years – third place on the beam and fourth overall).

They will also participate in the Gauteng Gymnastics competition which is held from 13 to 15 September in Eldoraigne.
