Accident on R42 leaves woman and two children injured

Emergency workers from Nigel Fire Brigade swiftly responded to the call. Upon their arrival, they found the female driver and one of the children outside the car. Although not trapped, the other child was still inside the car, complaining of injuries to the upper part of her body and neck. She was stabilised and transported to a nearby hospital.

The exact cause of the accident is not known, but it appears the woman may have lost control of the Toyota RunX. It swerved across the road, capsised and landed several metres away in the veld.

No other vehicles were involved.
