The body of a newborn baby girl was found dumped next to the railway in Zuid Street, Rensburg. A pedestrian made the gruesome finding at 07:30 this morning.
According to police, paramedics estimate the baby to be about three hours old. The body (wrapped in newspaper) was inside a black bag.
Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the death of the newborn.
