Heidelberg Police is looking for the man in the photo (aged between 30 and 40 years with two golden front teeth) who can assist them in a theft with false pretences case that occurred on March 31 at Heidelberg Mall parking area.
According to Captain Thivhulawi Tshilate a suspect pretended to hire a DJ from Greylingstad and his sound system. They met in the parking area and the suspect offered to transport the sound system to the set venue. After loading the speakers, amplifiers, booster and CDs in the suspects white Volkswagen Polo (with grey lines on the sides) the men went inside to buy refreshments. The suspect left the victim in the restaurant and disappeared with the stolen goods.
The man, who is known as ‘DJ Maseven’ can also assist police in the selling of a stolen vehicle case as well as a case in Thembisa where a sound system worth R15 000 was stolen.
