1965 Ride’s cyclists on their way

The group departed this morning from Life Suikerbosrand Hospital in Heidelberg.

Seven cyclists are participating in this year’s 1965 Ride Cycling for Education between Johannesburg and Queenstown to raise funds for deserving learners who want to study at Queen’s College.

The tour is spanning over a distance of 850km and it will take participants nine days to complete.

The ride started in 2011 and is the initiative of the Class of 1965 old boys from Queen’s College.
