Nigel Roary Anns collect donations

Nigel Rotary Anns collected three trolley loads full of groceries, donated by caring residents to the homeless and workless, on November 1 outside Spar at The Angelo Mall.
On an ongoing basis, the ladies from Rotary Anns collect donations of food at various locations such as Spar to distribute to families in need.
“We have a large number of families in need of food supplies in Nigel and we aim to support as many as we can. We did not only receive food donations today, but also cash donations which we wil use to invest into families that struggle financially”, Bianca Scott, president of Nigel Rotary Anns said.
The Nigel Rotary Anns will be reaching out to166 underprivileged children when they host their 22nd Christmas Tree project on December 6 at Laerskool Hannes Visagie.
