The Duduza SAPS continues to recover looted goods.
Police members mostly act on tip-offs that direct them to places where looted and stolen goods are hidden. A 25-year-old man was arrested recently when he was found with suspected stolen cement.
The police are still receiving more information about the whereabouts of looted goods.
Speaking after the recovery of stolen groceries and hardware, the Duduza SAPS station commander, Lt-Col Bheki Mhlungu, expressed appreciation to the community of Duduza for their role in assisting the police with information.
Duduza SAPS communications officer Sgt Harry Manaka also warned the community not to participate in violence, looting and destruction of property and to also not buy stolen goods.
