Pick n Pay Heidelberg installs perspex screens for your safety

Perspex screens were rolled out at all Pick n Pay till points countrywide to help curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

The transparent screens (mounted at the till and situated between cashiers and customers) were installed in over 300 stores and are being rolled out to all other Pick n Pay stores.

Measures already in place include social distancing, floor markers in aisles, service areas and queues and clear signs throughout stores as reminders. Customers are urged to queue and shop with a trolley in order to ensure social distancing at all times.

Pick n Pay Heidelberg was one of the first stores in the country to install perspex screens at till points on the first day of the lockdown.
